About The Rudasill Company

Wiley Rudasill was born and raised in Edwards County which is located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country where his family has ranched for generations. He attended Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas and obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science and Business. Wiley started his real estate career in the appraisal business and worked as the chief appraiser for Edwards Central Appraisal District for 6 years. There he gained a wealth of knowledge in property valuations, including residential, rural land and minerals. Wiley’s ranching background and education gives him a unique insight and a solid foundation into farm and ranch real estate. He is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and is active in the appraisal business. Wiley acquired his real estate license 5 years ago. His diverse knowledge of real estate markets, which includes both rural Texas and the metro areas of Austin and Georgetown, coupled with appraisal experience allows him to provide unparalleled assistance to his clients.
He married his high school sweetheart, Keri, also a graduate of Angelo State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and currently assists Wiley with their Real Estate business, where she focuses on the accounting and tax side of real estate. Keri worked for many years in public accounting, helping clients with both tax and audit issues.
The Rudasill’s make their home along with their two daughters, Rebecca and Savanna, in Georgetown, Texas. Rebecca attends Georgetown High School where she runs cross county. Savanna attends Forbes Middle School where she plays the oboe in the FMS Band.
